Delivery times and shipping prices

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days.

A delivery confirmation email will be sent to you when your package has been shipped. This delivery confirmation also provides information on how to track your order.

In the event of a production delay, you can cancel your purchase free of charge.

Delivery times:

DHL Economy 3–5 working days.
Delivery cost: free

DHL Express 1–2 working days.
Delivery cost: €9.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the logistics company.

Express delivery does not affect production time.

During campaigns, production times may be longer than 1-3 working days. In that case, you will receive an email regarding the extended production time and then a new email when your order is being shipped.
