Hi Jessie! How would you describe your home? 

I would describe my home and personal style as Modern Whimsical. I love for everything to be clean and classic, but with a little fun twist or edge. What makes my home me is that I have personally designed and built almost every single space in it. I’ve worked very hard to build a cohesive, peaceful space for my family and I to enjoy and live in.

What inspires you?

I feel so inspired by everything around me. I have lived all over the world in so many magical, beautiful places and I try to bring so much of that culture and environment into my own home and spaces.

What's your favorite piece in your home?

I lived in Europe for years, and my favorite pieces in my home are all of the treasures I found in flea markets in different countries. I would search through all the markets each weekend to find so many different fun, beautiful treasures, and I love that the pieces are so original and can’t be duplicated. I love to think of the life they had before they found their way to me. Such a fun amazing story to tell as well when someone asks about one of them. 

Why this wallpaper?

When selecting wallpaper for my space, my main objective is to cultivate a serene and welcoming atmosphere. I prioritize colors, patterns, and textures that promote calmness while ensuring they complement the existing decor. Durability and maintenance are also crucial considerations. Ultimately, I aim to personalize the space with designs that resonate with my style, creating a sanctuary that exudes peace and comfort.
